With the integrated Analytics and Knowledge Needs Insights your organization knows which Knowledge is consulted often; this helps you to improve your Strategy around your Workforce.

Yes! Harry HR – Knowledge has an external API available so that you can connect it to any other Third-Party Tool and Platform. By doing so, you can create, edit and deactivate Knowledge Items or catch Knowledge Analytics.

Yes. We will help you set up a clear structure for your brand new internal knowledge base. After that is being done, Knowledge Items should be added. We can help you by doing so but of course we would need enough input information in order to do so. All related work for setting up knowledge base items for your organization will be calculated as  a seperate project and so, the cost is not included within the license fee.
