Begrip van "individuele punten

Binnen het Harry HR Werknemers Loyaliteit Programma zijn er twee soorten punten. Individuele punten en Team punten.

Individual Points may be collected by all employees when they actively participate within the platform. Points may be spend within the Employee Loyalty Store within the Employees Experience.

If an employee sends out a compliment to another colleague there is an option to handover some Individual Points to the colleague the compliment is given to as well. This makes Individual Points even more attractive to collect!
