Setup the verification event

When a new account is created on the Harry HR Platform, in example when a new Employee starts working for your organization, the Verification Communication Event is triggered.

With this Email the new Employee will receive an Email which he or she can use to set a personalized password for the Harry HR Employees Experience.

By default there is a template available and active within the Harry HR Platform. You are able to edit the welcome Email by going to Events within the Settings page within the Harry HR Dashboard. Now shape the welcoming Email you wish new employees receive after account creation. You may preview the Email by hitting the Preview Email button. Do not forget to hit the Update Button once you are done editing your Email Template. Any changes made will become available instantly.

The verification email will be send after importing any new employees or when registering any new accounts manually.
