When an employee forgots her of his password for the Harry HR Platform they may use the Forgot Password functionality. By doing so, an email will be send out to their Inbox from where they may reset their password.
By default there is a template available and active within the Harry HR Platform. You are able to edit the Password Reset Email by going to Events within the Settings page within the Harry HR Dashboard. Now shape the Password Reset Email you wish employees receive after they have lost or forgot their password. You may preview the Email by hitting the Preview Email button. Do not forget to hit the Update Button once you are done editing your Email Template. Any changes made will become available instantly.
