Understanding the different roles in the Harry HR EXP

At this moment, the Harry HR Employee Experience Platform has four different roles with different rights and access.

  1. Employee: An employee’s account only has access to the Employees Experience side of the platform (the app). Within the Experience an Employee has rights to do anything as long it’s available within the activated modules for your organization.
  2. Department Manager: A Departement Manager has access to both the Employees Experience as well to the Harry HR Dashboard. From here the Department Manager is able to catch up with Data from within their own Department such as SatisQuestions Survey Results.
  3. Team Manager: A Team Manager has access to both the Employees Experience as well to the Harry HR Dashboard. From here the Team Manager is able to catch up with Data for the one or more teams they manage.
  4. Administrator: An Administrator has access to both the Employees Experience as well to the Harry HR Dashboard. Administrators can perform all actions within the platform. Replies to SatisQuestions and Course Participation is not registered to enable testing with those accounts.
