If one of your employees forgot her or his password, they may reset their password by themselves throughout the Employees Experience. If they are unable to do so, or they get stuck along the way, you are able to help them out by setting a new password through the Harry HR Dashboard.
To reset an Employees Account, go to the User Overview within the User Management section of the Harry HR Dashboard.
Search for the employee and than tap the button with the lock icon. An email will be send to this employee that makes it possible to set a new password. Any old credentials will be deleted from the Harry HR Platform.
