If you have an important or urgent update you want to share within your organization or specific parts within your organization, the best way to do so is by sending out a Breaking News post on the Social Wall.
A Breaking News post will have a high score within the Social Wall algorithm so that it will be shown on top of the feed to all targeted employees.
You may want to send out a Push Notification with the Breaking News item to the target audience within your organization. To do so, enable the Push Notification toggle when creating your post. Please be aware that you may only create breaking news items via the Harry HR Dashboard, and not via the Harry HR Employees Experience..
If you are scheduling a Breaking News item, the push notification will be send once the post is published.
