Understanding ‘Feedback’ on Social Knowledge Base items

The Harry HR Employees Experience allows your employees to rate and leave feedback on any Social Knowledgebase Item.

From the Employees Experience they are able to leave a Like or Dislike for a specific item. Besides, they may tap on the Leave Feedback button. Thereafter an employee may leave specific feedback for the Knowledgebase Item. Once they have send out the feedback it will become visible in the Harry HR Dashboard.

From here on you may review the feedback given and modify the Social Knowledgebase Item accordingly. Once you close the received feedback ticket the platform will ask you whether you want to send some Loyalty Points to the employee who gave the feedback.

If you give in the points , the employee will receive those immediately including a clear message.
