Specify who is able to see specific Knowledge Base Items and/or Categories

Make sure the right Knowledge is available to the right Groups of Employees by targetting your Social Knowledge Base Items.

Within the Harry HR Dashboard go to Categories within the Knowledge section. Open up one of your Main Categories and search for the Subcategory you want to target to a specific Group of Employees. By selecting one or more groups within the Availability column all Social Knowledge Base Items within this subcategory will be visible only to the employees within targetted groups.

You may even target a specific Item to a Group of Employees. Navigate to the Knowledge Overview in the Harry HR Dashboard and search for the Item you would like to target. Assign one or more groups to the item. Instantly, only employees within targetted groups will be able to view this Knowledge Base Item from the Employees Experience.

In order to create a new group or check who is in a group, you may go to the Groups page within the User Management section.
