Edit and Review Social Knowledge Base items

From time to time any in-company knowledge gets outdated and it will need revision. Within the Harry HR Dashboard navigate to the Social Knowledgebase Overview. Search for the specific item and open it from the tree view.

By tapping on the edit icon you are able to edit all content of the specific item. You may also delete or bring in any attachments. Don’t forget to hit the save button once you are done.

Any modifications made will become visible within the Employees Experience immediately.
