Create a Social Knowledge Base category

Before you are able to create any Social Knowledge Base Items you have to make sure that a category for the Items is available.

Create a new Social Knowledge Base Category by navigating to Knowledge Categories within the Harry HR Dashboard.

Now tap on the Add Category button on the right top on your screen. After setting up the new Category, make sure you enter one or more subcategories. This may look like an unnecessary step, but it will help you organize your knowledge even better. This also improves the user interface for your employees who look after the right knowledge within your organization.
