What happens when an employee finished a course or training?

Once one of your employees has completed all steps within a training or course they have completed the training. If you have the Employee Loyalty Program turned on within the Harry HR Platform, this employee will see a little present in their screen.

By unwrapping the present they will be recognized for completing the training and they will collect the amount of points as specified for this course. Points will be collected within the Individual Points Amount as well for the Team Points Amount.

If you have turned on the Course Completion Communication Event, under settings, the Employee may receive a personalized Email with additional congratulations as well there may be a Social Wall Post published within the Team Group on the Social Wall. By doing so, any other team members may congratulate their colleague for completing the training and collecting points for the team.
