Structure of a training or course

Within the Harry HR Learning Experience for Employees the following structure is followed:

  • A course is always categorized in one Learning Category.
  • A course consists of one or more Chapters.
  • A Chapter consists of one or more Steps.

If you’ve set up a training without a chapter, or if you’ve build a training with a chapter that doesn’t contain any steps, it won’t show up in the Employees Learning Experience Catalog.

After an Employee have completed all steps within a training they have completed the training. If so, and if the Employee Loyalty Program is turned on, they will collect the amount of points as stated by the Course itself.

Any course may be followed just once; however, all employees are able to view Course Contents even if they have finished a training.
