Any training or course within the Harry HR Learning Experience consists of one or more chapters that are build up by one or more steps within them.
If an Employee follows a training within the Employees Experience they will see an estimated duration at each step to progress to. Let’s say the estimated duration of a step is 10 minutes while your employee has only 3 minutes left then he/she may decide to pause the training.
If they do so, all training progress until then will be saved. The Employee may continue the training at anytime starting from the step where they’ve left previous time.
