Within the Harry HR Employee Loyalty Program there are two type of points. Individual Points and Team Points.
Individual Points may be collected by all employees when they actively participate within the platform. Points may be spend within the Employee Loyalty Store within the Employees Experience.
If an employee sends out a compliment to another colleague there is an option to handover some Individual Points to the colleague the compliment is given to as well. This makes Individual Points even more attractive to collect!
