Basic understanding of ‘Team Rewards’

As a Team Manager you want to recognize your team for their outstanding work. Team Rewards within the Harry HR EXP are a really powerful method to support you by doing so.

All Team Members collect Employee Loyalty Points within the Employees Experience. The total amount of points collected by your team members results in the Team Points Amount.

As a manager you may set up a Team Reward for when a the Target of points is reached by your team. Think about a Dining Party or a Picnic at the Park once your team has reached 10.000 Points.

Pro Tip! Keep your teams aligned by sharing the current Team Points Amount from time to time on the Social Wall.
