Set up the ‘Compliments’ event

From within the Employees Experience of the Harry HR Platform, all employees are able to give compliments to colleagues. By navigating to any Employee Profile Page in the Experience they may tap the Give a Compliment button and write a personalized message. Any employee that has Employee Loyalty Points within the Employee Loyalty Program is able to handover some of their own points with the compliment.

In the Harry HR Dashboard you may set up a Compliments Communication Event. If you turn on this event you are able to set an Email that will be sent to employees who receive a compliment on the platform. The Email may function as a teaser to get the employee into the Harry HR Platform from where they will be able to view the details of the received compliment.

In addition you may set up a Social Wall Post that will be posted to create even more attention around the compliment. Once a team member has received a compliment the Social Wall Post from the Compliments Event will be posted into the Team Group on the Social Wall. Hereby, all direct colleagues will see that one of the team members has received a compliment and earned Team Points.

The platform checks for new compliments given every 15 minutes.
